On Monday, June 22, we flipped the switch on the last phase of our four-year journey toward energy independence -- activating our 60 kWh rooftop solar array. Loaves & Fishes is now energy independent; in fact, we're now a net energy producer, which means that donor dollars can be directed towards food purchases and programming rather than utility bills.
